A restart resolves many temporary errors on a charging station. This article describes how to restart a station via the electrical panel and how ChargeNode support can assist remotely.
Restart via the electrical panel
Identify the fuse for the relevant charging station in the electrical panel.
Turn off the fuse and wait 1–2 minutes.
Turn the fuse back on.
The station starts up and connects normally to the system within a couple of minutes.
