To be able to charge in a private area, you need to become a member of the area. It is the facility owner who can add you as a member. They will need the email address that your user account is registered with.
If you have received an invitation code from the facility owner, you can also add yourself directly in the ChargeNode app by going to Menu > Invitation Code and entering the code.
