Group Level gives the customer an extra level above contract customer that can collectively provide an overview of many areas. Perfect for example a real estate company that has different companies for each property but wants to centralize all statistics and management of prices and members.
As a portal administrator, you can create and manage members/groups/discount packages and price groups for all areas that fall under the contract customers linked to the group account.
You also have consolidated statistics for your entire portfolio for an easier overview, but can of course drill down into statistics for individual areas.
