Billing for your charging sessions occur on the 28th of each month, and once payment is made, a receipt is emailed to you for all charging sessions from that month. You can also find the receipt yourself afterwards in the ChargeNode app. Go to Charging > History > Select a charging session from the month you wish to receive a receipt for > Send receipt and it will be emailed to you immediately.
