As a charging customer, you can easily charge without registering an account in the ChargeNode app. Scan the QR code on the outlet to charge via direct payment.
1. Scan the QR code to access the payment page
2. Select Reservation Amount
Select an amount for reservation before charging begins. You determine this amount by entering the maximum number of kWh you plan to charge. Also enter your departure time.
3. Would you like a receipt?
To receive a receipt, enter your email address or phone number either before or after charging. The receipt is sent as a PDF to the provided address or number.
4. Enter Payment Card Information
After selecting the outlet and reservation amount, enter your payment card details. We accept payment cards from Visa and Mastercard. Once the payment has been approved, press – Continue to ChargeNode Europé AB. Please note that this reservation amount will be deducted from your account. The charging will be paid from this sum. The amount not used for charging will be returned to your payment card within 1-3 banking days. ChargeNode cannot expedite this process.
5. Charging in progress
During the charging process, the screen displays current information about the charging session, including charging power, the amount of kWh that has been charged, and estimated departure time.
6. Receipt
When charging is complete, the actual price based on the number of kWh consumed will be calculated and the remaining amount from the reservation will be returned to your payment card. This takes 1-3 banking days. A receipt will be sent to your email or phone if this was provided in "Step 3".
