To correctly calculate the statistics in the portal, one needs to keep in mind that the price to the customer includes VAT and the statistics do not. We can send the VAT to you, but then you need to be VAT-registered and inform us of this.
The statistics in ChargeNode are your basis for compensation and accounting excluding VAT for you as a facility owner.
The statistics therefore cannot include the charging customer's price including VAT.
Example:
Your price to the charging customer is 3.50 SEK/kWh including VAT.
ChargeNode's variable fee is 0.50 SEK/kWh.
The facility owner's compensation for electricity rebate:
3.5 * 0.8 - 0.50 = 2.80
(the VAT is thus removed in reverse using 0.8)
