The tags are an extension of a ChargeNode account and are used to provide free access to your charging facility. Follow this guide to create and configure the tags.
1. Create a ChargeNode account for the tags
To order tags, you must first have a ChargeNode account to link the tags to. Download our app to get started:
Tip: Use a non-personal email address (e.g. reception@foretag.com) to simplify the management of the tags.
2. Order RFID tags in the app
Log in to the app with your newly created account.
Go to Menu > RFID>Order new
Select the number of RFID tags you need and enter delivery details
Pay by card (100 kr per tag).

3. Configure the tags in the ChargeNode portal
For the tags to work without a charging cost, the account must be added to a discount group in your facility. Do the following:
Log in to the ChargeNode portal.
Go to Members in the menu.
Under the Groups tab, click "Create new group".
Name the group (e.g. "Guest tags") and choose whether it should apply to one or more facilities.
Click "Add member" and enter the email address you used to order the tags (e.g.
company-car@company.com).Go to the "Pricing" tab in the group.
Click "Discount" and set a 100% discount.
Save the settings.
4. Manage your tags
Once the configuration is complete, you can via the app:
Order more tags
Block a tag if it is lost or is no longer to be used.
