How do I switch between the customer portal and the business account portal?

If you manage both a facility and a business account through ChargeNode's portal, you use the same login credentials to access both views.

  1. Log in to ChargeNode's portal with your administrator account.

  2. Switch view by clicking on "Customer Portal" or "Business Account" in the menu column on the left.
